As the snow finally begins to melt and we look for longer, sunnier, warmer days it's time to think about all of the wonderful celebrations at this time of year. Easter celebrations call for something festive and fun. There will be birthdays, first communions, christenings, showers, graduations and, of course, weddings. That's where cake comes in. Guiness for St. Patrick's Day...of course!

So you are going to throw a St Paddy's Day party....what to serve? Well, here are some sweet ideas. You'll of course have plenty of Guinness available and maybe a green beer or two. Corned beef and cabbage is certainly traditional fare, but what about dessert?
